An introduction to yoga suitable for both beginners and more experienced students looking to revisit and fine-tune their practice.
The focus of my classes will be on alignment and working with the breath.
It will allow you to look at your practice in new ways and will demonstrate how seemingly small adjustments can make a huge difference to your overall practice.
