The yoga club is a specialist weekly class targeted at the needs of runners and cyclists.
Practicing yoga helps runners and cyclists increase performance, reduce injury and relieve stress. It improves cycling and running efficiency by developing the strength and flexibility of the quads, hamstrings, calves, ITB and the muscles in the core and the hip flexors. It's also great for balance and breathing.
Every class starts with the same 20 minute sequence that you'll then be able to use as a thorough cool down stretch following a run or a ride. The core of the class has specific yoga postures to develop your running and cycling function and reduce injury risk. The class ends with a breathing exercise followed by a final relaxation.
Classes are drop in - there's no need to book. I provide all equipment, you're welcome to bring your own if you have it. Please wear clothing that allows you to move easily.

We teach public yoga classes in and around Twyford in Berkshire. We are available to each yoga privately to groups and individuals.
