An inclusive class for those wanting to explore more subtle movement modalities or those perhaps experiencing fatigue. Each class will vary but will entail somatic movements, classical yoga postures with biomechanical awareness, classical/contemporary yin postures, restorative yoga, mindfulness and pranayama. A wonderful opportunity to explore movement but yet be gentle with ourselves, developing our posture, breath and mindful attention.'
