"I feel very passionate about Yoga. I have benefited hugely from my practice, and wish to share this experience with as many people as possible. My intention is to ensure that all students, whatever their level of experience or ability will feel enabled and included. Through clear verbal instruction, demonstration and adjustment, I wish to assist students in their personal journey with Yoga. I know that with regular practice Yoga generates increased self-confidence and helps break through individual physical and mental limitations. It is my aim that at the end a class students will feel that they have been physically challenged and yet recharged, feeling mentally and emotionally nurtured." (Namaste Rachel)
