Every Thursday morning at 7am-8am, I teach a nice Morning Flow class at the beautiful Bamboo Wellness on Wandsworth High Street.
Yoga is the most perfect way to start your day, helping you settle straight into a calm and peaceful mindset to carry with you for the rest of the day.

My name is Indi Mountain and I am the founder of Indi River Flows, I am a 200hr Certified Multi-Style yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative yoga.
I started practicing yoga in 2013 and found yoga instantly had such an amazing and positive impact on my life. Over the years my once weekly practice developed into so much more, eventually leading me to India where I did my yoga teacher training in 2018 with Trimurti Yoga School.
My love for yoga and desire to teach stemmed from my personal relationship with it, and the mental clarity it has provided me over the years, which is what lead me to do my yoga teacher training - so I can teach and inspire others, much like many of the yoga teachers I have had over the years have done for me.
