Caroline Yoga

When I first came to yoga, I was running on empty, had terrible digestive problems and experienced inflammation of my joints due to an autoimmune disease. I was in a job that I dreaded going to every day and suffered from bouts of anxiety. Yoga really helped to turn all of that around. To me it’s like a ancient form of cognitive behavioural therapy that not only works on a physical level but also a mental and emotional one too.

Yoga has taught me that nothing need stay the same, that we all have the power in us to make small changes and it’s true that with a little bit of practice, you will start to notice positive changes to body and mind.

Come and discover the joy of yoga for yourself. The style I teach is vinyasa flow, a dynamic form of yoga where we link the breath with the movement and where I weave in safe physical alignment to aid the body and yoga theory to ease the mind. Be prepared to be challenged, yet nurtured as we playfully journey through a series of linked movements that aim to create some breathing space in your life, bringing you to a place of balance and increased strength and mobility both physically and mentally.
