This is a living tradition of Tibetan Yoga of Movement, which integrates mindful breathing in movement. It focuses on Harmonious Breathing and awareness of Energy in Body movements. A very effective method for finding a natural, relaxed state of being.

I have been practicing Yoga for 28 years now and teaching since 1993. I have received extensive training in Iyengar, Ashtanga and Tibetan Yantra Yoga. I am registered with Yoga Alliance (USA) as an ERYT500 Teacher. My classes are very accessible, with Yoga tailored to the individual capacity at any level.
