A lighthearted yoga experience.
This is what I like to practice! The chance to re-connect with the natural breath flowing into a sequence of posture from the Hatha tradition and the Yin Yoga philosophy. A moment to discover your true nature through a warm practice, with lot of attention to details and alignment to build strenght and flexibility to body and mind, in a contemplative and gentle way.
I like to end every session with a relaxing meditation or Yoga Nidra therapy to refresh and enjoy stillness, spreading out all the benefits coming from the practice.
A restorative experience for (every)body, heart and mind.
Namaste ♡

I’m Miriam, and I started my yoga path on a little tree house about ten years ago. In this place, year by year, I had the amazing opportunity to share my practice with lot of wonderful practitioners. Each of them with a different approach to life, each of them expressing their unique personality, each of them like pieces of a big puzzle that day by day takes new forms.
I love to share the precious tool I found in yoga, how it re-connected myself to Mother Earth and her natural cycles, transforming my whole life.
I’m a certified Hatha Yoga instructor by the Ashram Rishikesh Yog Peeth of Rishikesh (India) under the guide of Roshan Singh ji (certified by Yoga Alliance).
I’ve also explored the world of Thai Yoga Massage with Ivan Medici and I’ve been Yin-side the practice thanks to a a Yin Yoga teacher training in Prague guided by Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier, certified by IYN Independent Yoga Network (they are direct student of the Yin Yoga founder Mr Bernie Clark - click here for more info http://www.yinyoga.com/).
I recently had the precious opportunity to enrich my knowledge through an amazing Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with the powerful Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in London with Yoga Campus, certified by IYN Independent Yoga Network.
I’m in love with the Moon cycles and I like to flow with them.
I’m vegetarian, and I like to prepare healthy, colorful and gnammy homemade food!
I also have a real passion for my veggie garden! I love to plant good seeds, take care of them with love and see how every plant grows; from the Earth looking for the sun.
Every fruit is like a little miracle of life!
I believe in smile therapy, in kind heart and I can’t stay so far away from India, the place where all this lovely journey started.
Namaste,
Mir.
Live life in full bloom ♥
