Mysore is the most traditional, intimate and personal way to practise with one-to-one attention from our expert teachers, working at your own pace, with your own breath under the watchful eye of our teachers just like having a private class. In this class you will receive adjustments personal to your own practise.
Based on the Ashtanga series, Mysore classes are two hours long, but students are welcome to arrive or leave at any time. The teacher will provide assistance, modification and adjustments. The class is an open practise where you can practise the series at your own pace.
This class is suitable for beginners but be advised your practice will build slowly over the weeks you attend, you may start with only a half hour practice depending on your ability.
