The Tuesday Night Yoga is a beginner/mixed ability class which is suited to all ages and abilities. This is a nice big class with friendly yogis of all ages and backgrounds, so you can hide away in the back, if you are shy or sandwich yourself between experienced yoga practitioners. We meet together weekly to learn and explore the many yoga asanas and sequences. Different posture variations are offered so that everyone can join in and practice. If you are a complete beginner, this is a good class to start with. Thank you, kyleyoga

I am a yoga teacher based in Anglesey, North Wales, and currently teach a number of Iyengar and Vinyasa based Hatha yoga classes. I have been practicing yoga for many years. My journey started with a trip to India to study yoga at the age of 18. I then became interested in Martial arts and Tai Chi, which I studied for many years in California. I moved to North Wales in 1988 and began to practice yoga once again. My teaching style is as varied as my interests and classes offer a good balance of postures and breath work, using a variety of yoga styles, including Iyengar, Vinyasa flow, Gitananda and Hatha yoga. I have a hands on teaching style and make posture adjustments, when necessary. The yoga classes offer a well-rounded workout, developing core strength and flexibility through the exploration and sequencing of different yoga postures and most classes are mixed ability, open to beginners. Come join one of the classes and have a stretch!
*A regular yoga practice is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. Yoga classes can help you build strength and flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, improve posture, balance and sleep and supports joint health.
