Vibrant vinyasa yoga classes focus on linking various yoga poses together with the breath to create a flowing sequence and enhance the mood. They are inspired by Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga lineages and emphasise tradition, alignment, and mindfulness but also a joyful creativity within the yoga practice.
Each class includes warm ups, creative flow of sun salutations and standing poses, along with a fair amount of backbends and some inversions. Students learn proper alignment and are encouraged to express themselves through the poses to their fullest ability by opening, strengthening and balancing different elements within the body. The class ends with short pranayama and mindful relaxation that leaves students happy and full of energy for the rest of the week.

Karolina is YogaWorks qualified yoga teacher. Having yoga in her life has significantly changed who she is and now, as a yoga teacher, she loves sharing her passion and helping students to discover all benefits of this amazing practice.
The approach that she takes in her classes is a friendly, peaceful and down to earth one, making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities. She believes that yoga is not just for the strong and flexible, it can be enjoyed by everyone. She follows the approach of Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga, who said that is not the student who needs to accommodate themselves to yoga, but rather the yoga practice must be tailored to fit each person.
In sequencing the classes she takes inspiration from Iyengar, Vinyasa and Anusara yoga lineages, emphasising tradition, alignment, and mindfulness but also and joyful creativity within the yoga practice.
