I have been studying yoga for over 10 years and qualified as a yoga teacher for just over three years. In my early years I was a gymnast and have always been very flexible and looked to yoga postures to help me develop more strength to support my flexibility in later years. However as I studied yoga philosophy I realised yoga is much more than postures practiced on a mat.
