Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of practice but totally suitable for everyone and anyone whether you've been attached to a yoga mat for years or never seen one in your life. It can be as gentle or as challenging as you want it to be with modifications offered to suit your body and cater for any injuries or strains.

I'm a RYT 200 yoga teacher, trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow in India and currently teaching in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Most classes are in vinyasa flow with a focus on movement, safe alignment and use of breath to enhance the physical practice, as well as other things from time to time. Classes are challenging but totally suitable for all levels, beginners are most welcome.
I started to practice yoga because I had a long term back issue that I couldn't seem to fix. Yoga taught me how to manage that and a whole wealth of other stuff. I've been hooked for a while now. I'm 36, I'm not super bendy/skinny/zen, I'm just a regular girl doing regular stuff and would love to share a bit of what I've learned along the way with those that fancy it.
