Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Emma
Vinyasa Flow yoga classes in Hackbridge for all abilities and ages. I like to create a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere in my classes, where everyone feels happy to work at their own level. I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years.
I am also a qualified childrens yoga teacher.
