Welcome to YogaBhoga! In Sanskrit Bhoga means enjoyment, experiencing or feeling. YogaBhoga offers a holistic relaxed yoga practice drawing from many different styles of yoga. I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years and have grown up with the influence of yoga with my mum having practiced regularly. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (500hr) with the Devon School of Yoga and I have also been lucky enough to attend retreats and courses all over the world! Yoga has literally changed my life - sound far fetched? Try it!
