Victoria Beale, founder of Sacred Weavers, is based in Fareham, Hampshire UK. She leads yoga classes in the following styles: Pregnancy, Mum and Baby, Vinyasa Flow and Women's only yoga classes. With a vast knowledge of psychology, and body based therapies she creatively weaves yoga classes that are fun, replenishing and nourishing.
