I have always been a sport fanatic growing up with gymnastics, which I did for 9 years, before moving onto running, which I'm currently still doing. I have always been interested in keeping fit and listening to my body, which as I've got older has started to creak and grown slightly. I went to my 1st yoga class with a friend to see if this would help me with stretching and my running. Little did I know the transformation it would make of my whole body/mind connection. I was totally hooked and my muscles enjoyed becoming warm and strong over the sessions that I went to and I wanted more. I looked around and found a 250 hour teacher training course which I thoroughly enjoyed, learning anatomy, philosophy, asanas and how to have fun and teach others what I have become to rely on in my life.
I am working with Ananda Wellness on a Saturday morning, you may know Emma, and really enjoy sharing my love for yoga with others.
I teach at Sidcup Leisure Centre on a Thursday evening from 2015 - 2100 and a Saturday morning at the Pilates Body Studio in Bexley from 0915 - 1015. Please see my classes section for further details
