Alice has been exploring Yoga and meditation for over 5 years, qualifying as an instructor at Sampoorna Yoga School in India, May 2014. Her manner is adaptable and creative; one that reflects her training in a variety of styles. She has taught Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow across India and Nepal, where she also completed a 10-day silent meditation course (Vipassana). Upon returning to the UK, Alice led workshops on a retreat, co-taught a class to fundraise for ActionAid and regularly teaches around Berkshire. She loves sharing Yoga as a way of encouraging balance, positivity and strength in the mind and body.
