I teach Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga for beginner yogis and level 1. In the yoga sessions I will guide you through the poses and sequences with focus on moving with the breath and finding good alignment. I also encourage you to be mindful and listen to your own body. The classes are small, aiming to help everyone achieve their own goals through yoga in a relaxed and non competitive environment.
