CLASS DESCRIPTION:

A flowing, dynamic vinyasa Hatha Yoga, linking breath to movement, enabling the practice to become a 'moving meditation'.
Modifications & alternatives are offered to guide you safely through your practice, allowing for an inclusive group experience, with individual progression.
CLASS LEVEL: OPEN CLASSES ~Beginners Welcome:
