Yoga has been part of my life for many years. My practice evolved organically and I began my TT with Yoga London in 2015 and have now been teaching for a year and a half. My journey is ever evolving and I always have a need to satisfy my passion with continued training and self study. I teach a Vinyasa style yoga, guiding students through a mindful flow with alignment focus. I strongly believe yoga is for everyone and the benefits are profound for the whole being.
