Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Hatha based vinyasa flow classes at Karma Studios in West Wickham. The classes involve sequencing of postures (asanas) into a continuous flow, linking movement with your breath. Postures and technique will be built on throughout the course/classes, allowing you to see the progression in your practice over the weeks.
