90 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, incorporating meditation, pranayama and/or kriya and the asana practise itself (the physical poses) with strong emphasis based on bandha, core strength, the breath and alignment. Expect the first part of the class to be fairly dynamic before moving into longer, sustained poses for deeper release in the latter stages. This in an intermediate level class where modifications can be given to adapt the poses to a slightly easier level, as your personal practise develops.
