Saoirse’s diverse practice has spanned over the last 20 years and her speciality primarily lies in Vinyasa Flow and Restoratives for health and wellbeing. She is a very interested in Pranayama and mindful flow. Her strong and dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes are injected with a sense of play and are suitable for any level student in search of a physical challenge. Saoirse has a particular interest in the biochemical feedback of yogic practices and how we can use this to maximise our potential and FEEL BETTER. This is evident in her classes and workshops which often entail a unique fusion of Restoratives and Yoga Nidra in addition to Flow. Saoirse also provides tuition in Hatha style yoga, particularly suited to beginners and anyone in mind of a slower paced practice.
Saoirse is also one of the most experienced Kids Yoga teachers in the North-West and her natural exuberance love of Acro yoga and sense of fun provides an enjoyable environment for kids from the age of three, families and teens. Her Kids Yoga classes include movement, breath work, meditation/ mindfulness practice and relaxation.
Saoirse has been officially teaching for the last three years and will be completing her 500TT in September 2016.
