I have completed the British Wheel of Yoga’s Foundation Diploma and am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
I love that I am still learning every time I come to the mat. I love that yoga has helped me to grow stronger and more resilient both physically and emotionally. And most of all, I love that I am now able to share that with others through my classes.
