Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. This invigorating, creative and energising class will build strength in the upper and lower body, increase flexibility, and balance. We will flow from the heart as we move into and out of poses creating an awareness within of our own individual energy and playfulness, getting you out of your head and into your body
