One and a half hour class beginning with centering, grounding, breath work, warm-up movements to integrate breath and movement, followed by carefully designed and guided yoga postures (asana) and culminating in a period of relaxation and integration.

Fourteen years of teaching experience and training have allowed me to evolve an eclectic style of yoga vinyasa. While my teaching is based on traditional yoga, I try to allow each individual student to come to enjoy the process within the limits of their physical capabilities, with an appropriate level of challenge.
Yoga has changed my life in so many positive ways that my way of expressing my gratitude is to help others experience the same level of vital health and everyday joy, no matter what is going on in the world and in our lives.
I have personally opted to not apply for the Yoga Alliance Certification, but my experience would be comensurate with the 500 hours or more.
