Vinyasa Yoga Level 1-2 is for practitioners who have been practising regularly and have a good understanding of their body, for strong practitioners or for those who enjoy a challenging edge to their practice.
The practice will include dynamic flows, working towards one or two intermediate-advance peak poses with a different theme or focus each month.
The focus of the practice will also be the more subtle reaches of asana practice, which is the energetics of the asana or of the movement, and also working through challenging poses to drive our comfort edges forward. It is an advance practice because the focus will not be on learning to do asana, but on refining your understanding of the practice (& possibly picking up a few new asanas along the way)
