Savasana /Final Relaxation (with lavender oil & mini massage (I'm qualified) my trademark at end of class)

Hi Im Kate the founder of The Yoga Sanctuary.
I've been teaching yoga for five years and love it so much that my energy and passion really shines through in my teaching.
I am a CYQ level 3/reps accredited teacher qualified in yoga and pilates and I also a Triyoga qualified pregnancy yoga teacher.
I teach several classes at Virgin in Romford and Brentwood but am very excited about new class and the lovely dance studio it will be held in

Please note if you are 14+ weeks pregnant and have done yoga before you are welcome, however email me before so I can send you modifications in advance.
