In a typical class with me you can expect to move, stretch, sweat and reconnect with your breath. Students have said that my classes are both energising and calming. I will always adapt for the students in front of me and I love working with a variety of levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced.

I first started yoga because I heard that it would help tone my body and make me more flexible but I soon discovered there is much more to this ancient practice than just the pretzel poses of Instagram fame (although these are pretty cool too!). I practise yoga as a form of moving meditation because it helps me to reset mentally and connect with the present moment. It reminds me to be kind to myself and others. It is a way of practising how to meet challenges with grace and curiosity rather than apprehension and fear.
