Typically, we start with some grounding exercises to start to focus the mind into the present. After gently warming up the body, we move through some more dynamic sequences before challenging ourselves with some longer held balances and stretches, then settling into some seated and reclined stretches before the final asana of our yoga practice, savasana (or deep relaxation). Classes in Woodborough are slightly slower paced than those on Thursdays in Manton, but both are beginner friendly. Expect to get warm and energised, and to leave feeling better than you did when you arrived!
