Kay is a former Osteopath & the founder of Waterlily Yoga UK
Kay has a B.A.History (Hons ) degree & she worked in the City of London. After having a young family & she then started her training in the fitness industry.
Kay started with circuit classes, step, exercise to music, resistance class then trained as a personal
trainer. Kay was always very interested in yoga and the philosophy of yoga. Kay have been qualified as a BWY teacher for 23 years.
She is qualified in massage and became a registered Osteopath B.Ost. (Hons.)in 2012 and a Mindfulness teacher in 2018.
