Flow (often referred to as Vinyasa Flow) is generally seen as flowing from one position to another, using the breath. Flow is also seeking movement and expression within each position.
In this class we will use some traditional and some contemporary movements, all prepared to improve strength, flexibility, alignment and a heightened awareness of body and mind. You will be guided through technique and encouraged explore movement through a little wriggle here, a little more grounding there. Come and find your own “flow” and freedom to express.
