My BODY-MIND-UNWIND yoga classes are a fusion of Hatha Yoga postures for strength and flexibility, focus on the breath to calm and give mental clarity, and self myo-fascial release and neuro-muscular techniques to empower my clients with full movement.
Each class is £8.00, and classes are booked in blocks of 6-8 (depending upon term dates).
If you are unable to attend a class due to being on holiday, please circle the date on the booking form and return with your payment. With this notice I am happy to offer you a maximum of one class deduction off the course – please adjust your payment accordingly. If you pay for a course and then book a holiday, you can come to another class in the same block, if space is available.

I'm an experienced and fully qualified Yoga, Bodywork and Massage therapist, and have been helping people unwind their bodies and their minds for over 20 years!

Our ability to deal with what life throws at us - on an emotional, physiological and physical level - is hugely influenced by our ability to breathe, and by the way we move, and are, in our bodies. In the BODY-MIND-UNWIND class we begin to unravel these bad habits, whilst being kind to ourselves.

Tuesdays, 5.45 to 7.00pm in Newark, NG24 1RP
Wednesdays, 12.45 to 2.00pm in Southwell, NG25 0PZ
Fridays, 9.30 to 10.45am in Maplebeck, NG22 0BS.
