This practice is made up of movements flowing from one to another in a circular motion around the mat. You will be guided step by step to transition around your yoga mat, to inspire a fresh 360 degree perspective of the world around you and your place within it.
It is a beautiful practice. Each session will focus on a key element in nature, Earth, water, fire and air which relate to specific areas within the body. e.g. an Earth practice will be geared around movements and postures relevant to the feet, ankles, legs and is designed to deliver sensations of stability and groundedness.

Beyond the physical practice of yoga, she is a dedicated consciousness explorer, delving into the depths of the human experience. Through her teaching, she fosters meaningful connections with her students, guiding them on a path of self-discovery and inner transformation. She inspires others to embrace mindfulness, creativity, and the beauty of the present moment.
Trained in India, 500 hours and teaches Mandala Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Rocket Yoga and Power Yoga. 10 Years experience of teaching yoga full time and training others to pursue their own dreams of teaching this sacred way of life at a studio in Essex.
