This friendly mid-week class is open to all levels - complete beginners and experienced yogis alike. With a focus on healthy alignment and technique you will be guided to work to your best ability whatever your level and no matter how flexible you are.
After stretching the body through a range of different postures - standing, sitting, twists etc. - we usually end the class with 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation so you can leave feeling energized and relaxed. No experience necessary. Complete beginners welcome. Equipment and mats provided.

My passion for Iyengar Yoga began in 1992. I've studied in the UK & abroad including with the Iyengar family in India. I've been teaching since 2011 and it's my great pleasure to share my love of yoga with others.
