Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation class every Wednesday at 7.00pm and 8.15pm. A flowing Viniyoga class inspired by the teachings of Krisnamachara. each class will work on moving with the flow of the breath increasing flexibility, aiding a healthy circulation. Pranayama breathing, Meditation and relaxation are included in every class. Suitable for all including absolute beginners and those recovering from illness.
