I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
I am passionate about yoga and believe it should be accessed by all no matter what age or ability. I have been practising for over 15 years now and teaching for 10 years. I love all styles of yoga and cherish the benefits, much of what I like can be found in my varied classes. All classes are kalm n kind to you. Every class is different every week, and all classes included physical work, breathing exercises as well as relaxation and meditation practice. Learning to know yourself is the most important part of yoga. Find yourself, feel fit, free and full of energy with yoga :-)
