Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice combining breath work, postures, meditation and mantra to bring balance to mind, body and spirit. It is known as the yoga of awareness for the enhanced clarity it brings to people’s lives. Kundalini Yoga is for all levels of ability.
This is a weekly Kundalini Yoga and meditation class set within the beautiful grounds of Wasing Estate.
The class is taught by Juliet Russell-Roberts (Rajdev Indra Kaur) - writer, healer and therapist, trained in a variety of therapeutic/healing modalities including Kundalini Yoga, Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Shamanic Healing. Her aim is to help individuals get back in touch with their inner core and to reach their full potential in life.
Juliet also teaches 1-2-1s and tailored group classes in the Reading, Newbury and Aldermaston areas of Berkshire and carries out regular workshops combining all her trainings.

Juliet (spiritual name – Rajdev Indra Kaur) is a certified instructor of Kundalini Yoga, and is a member of the Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association (KYTA). She carried out her Level 1 and Level 2 training with the Amrit Nam Sarovar School in the French Alps.
