Hatha / Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We will be working through some of the more challenging poses at a reasonable pace to really feel like you are working the body and achieving a good workout. We will put into practice; posture, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.

The Meditation Man… aka Vincent, I am a Yoga & Meditation teacher in Norwich.
Teaching yoga & meditation is my love, my passion, a privilege & blessing. I live and breathe yoga and nothing brings me more joy than making somebody’s day better by giving them a great yoga class.
I am qualified as a yoga teacher with the BWY with a Level 4 diploma (500 hours).
Qualified BWY approved in Yin yoga (100 hours).
I am also qualified with the British School of Meditation.
