My Well woman yoga classes are designed to promote mental and physical balance to help towards a stress-free and healthy you. Gentle restorative poses, breathing techniques and yoga nidra work upon the neuroendocrine system to stabilise hormones and create new foundations for emotional and physical stability.

As an ex-gymnast and health PR with 15 years' yoga experience, I was inspired to teach classes to share my knowledge for what I have learnt both physically and through the written word. I now love teaching hatha flow, pregnancy, postnatal and mother and baby classes in and around Southampton. My classes are vinyasa (sequence) based, starting with centering and warm up, moving through sequential poses toward a peak pose, and then counter poses to breathing and relaxation. My mantra is 'practise makes perfect' and I believe that it is only through dedicated practise that you can truly reap the rewards.
