This class represents a good choice for beginners. It is a slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.

I have been doing yoga since 2004. Having started yoga in Russia I didn't drop after my family moved to UK in 2006.
One of the reasons that brought me yoga was my poor health. In my late 20es I was diagnosed with non-specific ulcerative colitis (autoimmune disease). Since that time I had several relapses which were getting so severe that I had to spend several months in hospital. Thanks to yoga I managed to leave all these troubles in my past.
The benefits of yoga were so obvious to me that I started my own class in 2014. First I was doing this for my friends only. And after I completed my Yoga Teacher training in 2016 I teach these classes for the public.
What makes my classes special is that I teach and demonstrate at the same time. It not only helps me to feel and connect to everyone in the class but explain the very detail of transition in and out of the posture.
