A weekly yoga class in Goring for women of all ages
From menarche to menopause and everything in between, these classes will nurture, restore and balance. We will practice various styles of yoga (hatha, vinyasa, yin & restorative) along with complimentary essential oils, massage and sound.

I am a Yoga Teacher and a Facilitator for Girl’s & Women’s Wellbeing.
I also run regular classes and workshops in Goring on Thames, Blewbury and across South Oxfordshire / West Berkshire.
Teaching with an open heart, warmth and a sense of humour, I love sharing the joy of yoga with all humans. (And even sometimes with my dog Mabel, who indeed teaches me a thing or two!)
My passion & speciality is teaching children, teens & women of all ages, including yoga for hormonal health, menarche and menopause.
My classes are a blend of traditional hatha, vinyasa, yin, meditation and mindfulness; gentle, healing classes, but not without challenges!
You will leave my classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and healed, as well as gently toned and invigorated. Finding space within your body & mind from the inside out. Feeling free to explore mentally, physically & spiritually.
I have worked in schools, offering after school clubs, yoga SEN sessions, events & workshops for kids, tweens & teens.
