Rebalance and restore with this gentle but steady practice that will reset your mind and body. We will utilise the props for support, get grounded and melt tension. The class is structured around healing and rejuvenating and is suitable for all levels of Yoga looking for a slower paced class.

I have been doing yoga since 2004. Having started yoga in Russia I didn't drop after my family moved to UK in 2006.
One of the reasons that brought me yoga was my poor health. In my late 20es I was diagnosed with non-specific ulcerative colitis (autoimmune disease). Since that time I had several relapses which were getting so severe that I had to spend several months in hospital. Thanks to yoga I managed to leave all these troubles in my past.
The benefits of yoga were so obvious to me that I started my own class in 2014. First I was doing this for my friends only. And after I completed my Yoga Teacher training in 2016 I teach these classes for the public.
What makes my classes special is that I teach and demonstrate at the same time. It not only helps me to feel and connect to everyone in the class but explain the very detail of transition in and out of the posture.
