Pregnancy Flow is a weekly movement & relaxation class for expectant mums. You can enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile, meet new friends to share the journey, learn about your changing baby and body all while preparing for a confident birth.
Each class includes:
Pregnancy yoga based movement
Breathwork
Mindfulness
Relaxation & Birth Hypnosis
Meet other local mums to be
Classes can be adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and birth plans with ease & therefore suitable for everyone, regardless of whether this is your first or your fifth baby.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time or as individual sessions.
