In this class you'll build flexibility and joint mobility at your own pace. Hollie provides props and modifications to ensure you are comfortable in your unique body. Soothing guided meditations and gentle breathwork is used to calm your nervous system and help you connect with your body, easing the effects of stress and promoting long term wellness!

Hollie has been practicing yoga since 2010, finding the practice invaluable in deepening her connection to self and providing grounding during a time of change and uncertainty in her life.
Hollie undertook teacher training in Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga yoga with Arohan Yoga school based in Rishikesh and believes that choosing a practice to compliment your needs is key to finding balance with your emotional, physical and spiritual health.
