Yin and Restorative Yoga is a slow-paced, quiet and passive practice that is deeply relaxing and nourishing for body, mind and soul. It is suitable for beginners and those with experience, and is a perfect complement to our high-paced stressful lifestyles, as well as a Hatha or Dynamic/Vinyasa-Flow style yoga practice.
Yin Yoga allows deep surrender, letting-go; it brings stillness and balance to your whole being, and allows you the time and space to release the deep-rooted patterns of tension and restrictions that we all carry as a result of our stressful lifestyles and ageing.

I offer a variety of yoga activities including weekly yoga classes, specialist One2One sessions/private groups, yoga sports coaching, and pregnancy yoga. My clients range from pre-school children through to adults, in the Potters Bar, Northaw, Cuffley, Brookmans Park, Enfield, Barnet and North London area.
When teaching yoga my aim is to create a friendly, relaxed and safe environment in which students can let go of their everyday pressures and stresses, and allow themselves to enjoy the many benefits that yoga brings.
I believe that yoga is best taught in smaller groups making learning more personalised and tailored to the individual's specific needs; usually my classes have a maximum of 8 students.
