Yin Yoga is known as the Quiet Practice or the Practice of Quiet Power. It is a blend of modern meridian theory, floor poses held in quiet tranquility, and contemplative techniques of Heartfulness, mindfulness, Meditation and Healing Breathwork. The practice addresses every level of our being: physical emotional, energetic, and spiritual. Within the context of Eastern Medicine “the unimpeded flow of chi restores balance in the psycho/ emotional energy and spiritual bodies.

Lari first came to Yoga and Meditation over 20 years ago whilst studying in India. She is a certified Yoga teacher in the Traditional Hatha style, Meditation teacher, Mind-body healer, Ayurvedic Practitioner/Therapist, Tantra Practitioner, Tantra Sacred Dance facilitator, and active proponent in wholehearted living. She originally trained in India in Iyengar, Classical Hatha, Krishnamacharya Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and Tantra, Tantra Sacred Dance, and then continued her training in London in QiYoga, Yin Yoga & Yoga & Mindfulness for Teens. Lari continues her studies in India in Ayurveda, Tantra and Yoga.
She is known for her authentic non-judgemental teaching style and compassionate centred philosophy. Lari weaves together various spiritual traditions that are thought provoking, allowing you to create a healthier relationship with yourself and others. She encourages growth of the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual self, citing the interconnectedness to each other, to the world and the universe. As a teacher/guide Lari inspires you to connect, evolve and move through your boundaries into expansiveness. Lari empowers her students to create a meaningful individual experience by providing a safe and nurturing space to explore their Yoga and Mind-body practices. Her wholebody approach to teaching is for Every-BODY from the absolute beginner to the more seasoned practitioner. All offerings are trauma informed.
