Everyone is welcome, even total beginners.
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Itβs slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
Yin Yoga has so many benefits:
π§ Stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
π Increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility.
π Allows a space to quiet the mind and heal.
π§ Alleviates pain and tension.
π Relieves stress and anxiety.
π§ Teaches you how to slow down and be in the present moment
