The stretches Yin Yoga are held for up to 5 minutes to release tension from the connective tissues and muscles. Bolsters and blocks will be provided but bring your own blanket for the deep relaxation at the end of class.

Hi my name is Jane Kennedy, BSc., MCThA, MPSI, I have been teaching health and fitness for over 30 years. Currently I teach Pilates and Yoga classes to all levels at my Studio in Kiltealy, Enniscorthy. When I’m not teaching classes I work as a Bodywork Therapist using a variety of therapies including Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial Release (MFR) and Massage to ease restrictions and pain from the body. The Therapies are also excellent in promoting relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, healing old traumatic wounds.
I have now introduced Wellness Day Retreats here at my peaceful and tranquil home in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains. These Retreat Days are designed for those who wish to take a little time out for themselves to nourish mind, body and soul. Enjoy walks in nature, Time out to Reflect, stretch out with Pilates and Yoga, Wholesome homegrown Food, Deep Relaxation and Meditation.
